This system is mounted onto the tank and automatically sends compulsory data to the Applications Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Management and Fisheries. Optional extras are the data exchange and a printout of the Animal Fertilizers Transportation Certificate. The AGR unit is equipped with a GPS location finder, GPRS for sending messages and controlling systems.
The digital availability of journey data offers many possibilities. For example, data is not only sent to websites; you also have insight into the history. Even loading and unloading points can be viewed online on a map.

Service Desk

D-TEC has a dedicated service desk for ARG systems that you can contact with all your queries. As a subscriber you are entitled to use this service option. The help desk can be contacted on 0488-487454 from Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 - 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 – 12:00. The service desk supports you in the event of malfunction and queries.
As a subscriber you receive automatic software updates so that you always comply with legislation. Furthermore, you are also entitled to use the VMA-AGR website. The advantage: administrative support including sent message control and route maps. You can follow the routes travelled live and see the location of a combination at any time of the day!
